First, the purpose:
1. Product quality control to ensure that the company's standards and customer requirements are met.
2. This standard specifies the basic rules that all kinds of mechanical processing should abide by.
Second, the scope: for the products of the Seiko workshop, and the requirements for the processing products of the client and the inspection of the products.
Third, the definition:
1. Class A surface: The very important decorative surface of the product, that is, the surface that can always be seen when the product is used.
2. Class B surface: The surface that the customer can occasionally see when the inner surface of the product or the product does not flip.
3. Class C surface: A surface that is visible only when the product is turned, or an internal part of the product.
Fourth, the requirements of machining:
1. The workpiece material should conform to the drawings, and the selected materials conform to the national standards.
2. Machined parts drawings are not marked with dimensional tolerances. Refer to national standard linear dimensions for unfilled tolerances.
GB/T1804-f requires inspection.
3. Machining parts drawings are not angled tolerances. Refer to the national standard unfilled tolerance GB/T11335-m for inspection.
4. The machined parts drawings are not inspected and the tolerances are inspected according to the requirements of the national standard position without the tolerance GB/T1184-H.
Fifth, the control of machining quality
1. The parts are processed according to the drawings, and the drawings are inaccurately marked, fuzzy, wrong and have doubts about the drawings.
2. Parts processing is done according to the process flow.
3. If the machining error is encountered during the machining of the part or the size is out of tolerance, the company's craftsman should be contacted, and the company's craftsman will confirm that it can be used or not.
4. All machined parts should be deburred after drilling, and the corners should be chamfered (except for special requirements).
5. The roughness of the over-rounding or chamfering of the two working surfaces is performed according to the higher one.
6. The root between the two processing surfaces, if the root is not required, the radius of the fillet is not more than 0.5.
Sixth, the control of machining appearance
1. In mechanical machining, due to poor control and improper operation, mechanical bumps and surface scratches are not allowed on Class A surfaces, and B and C grade surfaces are allowed.
2, deformation, cracks are not allowed to exist A, B, C grade surface.
3. Surfaces of parts requiring surface treatment are not allowed to have oxide layer, rust, unevenness and surface roughness that do not meet the requirements.
Seven, quality inspection
1. Appearance inspection: deformation, crack, scratch, bump, unevenness and surface roughness are not allowed.
2. Inspection of materials: materials meet national standards
3. Inspection of dimensions and tolerances: The dimensions and tolerances of the parts conform to the requirements of the drawings.
